Normal Postage: Additional $1.50 Flat Rate
The delivery time for mails sent via normal postage is between 2 to 7 working days. 
Emilio&Gatot will not be held responsible for any lost normal mails.

Registered Postage: Additional $4.50 (Maximum 4 items) + $0.40 for every additional item
The delivery time for mails sent via registered postage is within 48 - 72 hours.

Your parcel will be mailed to you before 10PM once payment is verified.

Tracking Your Order

Orders delivered with a tracking code can be tracked here. Below is a step-by-step guide on how you can track your order.

 

Step 1: Go to www.singpost.com and at the left column, click on the icon "Track Item"

Self Collection: Customers can collect their orders from the two Emilio&Gatot outlets. Exact locations and opening hours can be found here. Orders that have been submitted and paid for by Thursday 1700hrs can be collected the following Monday.
